Are you having trouble logging out of the @agora.org email account and it is conflicting with the K12 OLS email?
The best way to fix this is to sign out of the Microsoft Office365 @agora.org account on the web and clear your browsers cache.
Not sure which account you are logged into?
Take a look at the top left corner of your web browser to see which account you are logged into.
If you are logged into the @agora.org (Agora Email) account you will see the Agora logo at the top left corner of your web browser.
If you are logged into the @agoracyber.net (Stride Email) account you will see the Stride logo at the top left corner of your web browser.
Still not sure what account you are logged into?
Click your initials or picture in the top right of your web browser. The drop down here will show you which email address you are logged into.

Please use the following instructions below to sign out of the @agora.org account in Office365 and use the links below to learn how to clear the cache for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
You must do both steps in order for this fix to work correctly.
Step 1
To sign out of the Microsoft Office 365 @agora.org account:
Look in the upper right hand corner of your web browser and click your initials or picture.
In the drop down select Sign Out.
(Note the name of the school will show up here if signed into the @agora.org account)
